Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 5 day from the item is receivd, if within the specified time periode days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange
To qualify for a return, the product item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for and are free to return products. If the product is damaged due to your storage and or due to unsafe storage from animal bites and due to negligence that is not from us
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given:
Product Items that have been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing part for reasons through no fault of ours.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or lost refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, double check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few moments before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is sent.

Discount items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be returned.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {info@cmabhospitality.co.id} .
Gifts
in order to return your product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the product you exchanged to reach you can vary.
